Why am I waiting?

Okay I needed to get a couple of x-rays this morning and guess what, I walk in go up to the desk to sign in; then the woman behind that desk says have a seat, it's now 30 minutes later--I have observed approximately 11 different employees move about this office and I'm wondering what the heck is going on, there isn't a soul in the office as you can see from this pic I snapped with my Iphone.  These people don't seem to be doing a lick of work, then out of the blue my name is called--they need my information I suppose. Okay let's see how long this takes.......I guess it didn't take long, I am NOW being called to get my x-rays done. Wow didn't take long at all, I'm already walking out, it was just a few snaps and I was done. What the hell was all that waiting for, what are they doing that takes them so long to get to their "patients"? I suppose this is the question that haunt us as long as there are waiting rooms.
